Wibronic Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during high‑volume periods, holidays, or product launches. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

All delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, and service availability.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight/size. Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Wibronic is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery
  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Damage occurring during transit

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Wibronic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need assistance, contact us immediately at info@wibronic.com and we will do our best to help before the order ships.

Pre‑Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked as a pre‑order or backorder, estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page. These dates are subject to change based on supplier availability.
